A well-established, integrated Interserve team that utilises our in-house capability to provide core PFI services and offers a single point of contact to the client.

In the Local Authority sector Interserve operate as The Pyramid Consortium and has signed projects for Cornwall fire stations and Portsmouth day and respite centres.

In Education Interserve operate as The Pyramid Schools Consortium and has contracts in Cornwall, Tameside, Southampton, Telford & Wrekin and Plymouth.

Finance

We are well versed with the complexities of project finance and have a proven track record of providing innovative financial or service solutions that are robust and give value to both client and service provider. Our team:

  • Manages our total committed equity of over £70 million
  • Evaluates solutions on a whole-life basis
  • Provides accountancy services to specific SPCs
  • Is responsible for financial reporting in relation to our investments

Operations

By taking an equity interest in each project company we demonstrate our commitment both to the client concerned and to potential future clients. It also means that we have a view of any planned or unplanned events and are able to give input on how they may best be handled over the contract's operational lifespan.
