Gateshead Magistrates Court

In February 2008, Her Majesty’s Courts Service (HMCS) renewed its three-year cleaning contract with Interserve to provide a range of cleaning and associated services for the whole of the Service’s London region.
HMP Foston Hall
Interserve's East Midlands regional delivery team has been praised for their work on the recently completed Video Court at HMP Foston Hall. The project involved the provision of video links and conferencing facilities to enable hearings to take place over the link, allowing prisoners to take part in court proceedings without leaving the confines of the Prison.
HMP Garth

HMP Garth was a significant contract to upgrade and enhance an existing Category B establishment through a combination of new build and refurbishment work.

A Category C prison in Maghull, Merseyside, created through the conversion of an old existing acute mental health secure facility within a secure site at Ashworth Hospital.
Immigration Detention Centre, Harmondsworth
Client: UK Immigration Service
This is a Design, Build, Operate contract for an Immigration Detention Centre, which was an ultra fast-track, modular construction project. Works were successfully completed in an overall period of just forty-two weeks.
Immigration Removal Centre, Gatwick
Client: BAA Lynton on behalf of the Airport Property Partnership
Design and build of a new Immigration Removal Centre at the South Perimeter Road, Gatwick Airport for BAA Lynton on behalf of the Airport Property Partnership, (a 50/50 joint venture between Morley Fund Management and BAA Limited) so that on completion, the centre can be leased to the Home Office for operation by a private organisation.
