Following our appointment to the BT property framework, Interserve formed a core team management structure to manage national service delivery, with regional teams delivering individual projects.

Adding value at Sovereign Street, Leeds - £11m

This development in the heart of Leeds has enabled BT to consolidate four disparate offices into a single Northern Headquarters. The ground floor restaurant is naturally lit through a six-storey glazed atrium and is situated next to the flexible BT Wholesale Demonstration Area. Office areas on each floor incorporate conference rooms with audiovisual equipment and there are server rooms on alternate floors.

Lessons learnt on previous projects were utilised as part of team building workshops and early supply chain involvement to ensure optimum service delivery.

• Early input from M&E supplier generated time reduction and five per cent cost saving on pipework
