This £150 million, five year, island-wide service, which we provide with supply chain partner, Cyprus Service Provider, covers a diverse range of military facilities including airfields, communication facilities, accommodation, medical, leisure and administration centres.

One of our major successes has been the review and rationalisation of the local supply chain. This has led to increased economies of scale and more efficient ways of working. Our new approach has delivered better long-term value, increased the service quality and developed a fully-collaborative approach between Defence Estates, Interserve and our supply partners.

Other notable achievements include an audited customer satisfaction rating of over 97 per cent and the successful completion of a number of community projects including the upgrading of facilities at Dhekelia Primary School, the signification redevelopment of the Bloodhound Camp Decompression facility and the creation of a facility for the Cyprus Missing Persons Committee.
